Here’s the official Otaku the Webseries Synopsis for those of you wanting a bit more info on it!
Otaku: The Series
A new geek series about loving anime.
It’s not always easy to make it through college. It’s even harder when you are Coco – a nerdy Anime lover and Anime club president who is always surrounded by kids way cooler then herself. And, she doesn’t want to sacrifice her geek ways or compromise her friendship with Chike, the Vice President of the Anime club… but that doesn’t always go her way! Now with her ragtag group of anime lovers, they attempt to be their awkward wonderful selves in a ridiculously cool world.
It’s a semi-autobiographical look at the world of anime and true anime love through creator and “otaku” Goldie Chan’s eyes – follow her re-living some of the best and most awkward moments of her college experience.
